Creating Your eServices Account

Once you are notified by either the Squadron Commander or CAP National Headquarters that your membership application has been processed, you will need to set up an account on the CAP eServices website. This account will be used to access CAP resources to include training resources. Follow these steps to create your account:
  • Click on the link that says First time eServices users click here
  • Fill in the form that appears using the information you submitted on your CAP membership application. It is a good idea to go ahead and memorize your social security number since you will use it on a number of CAP websites.
  • Follow the instructions on the remaining screens to create your new username and password
